## 2. Banking

Provided privately by email to your named AP contact after MSA signature,
on letterhead, signed. We do **not** publish banking details on the web,
and we do not accept changes to banking details by email — change requests
require a phone-verified call to a named partner.

## 3. Insurance

Certificate of insurance available on request to the named billing
contact. We re-issue annually on renewal.

## 4. Payment terms

- **Standard**: NET 30 from invoice date.
- **Extended**: NET 60 available on request for established procurement
  relationships.
- **Currency**: GBP default. EUR, USD, AED, TRY available on request.
- **Methods**: Bank transfer (BACS / SEPA / wire). Card via Lemon Squeezy
  or Stripe for non-enterprise. No cheques.

## 5. Invoicing

- Tax invoice issued on milestone completion or monthly in arrears, per
  SOW.
- PO number included on the invoice if provided by the Client.
- VAT computed and shown per HMRC rules; reverse-charge for EU B2B where
  applicable.
- Late-payment interest per MSA §4.

## 6. Compliance and certifications

We do not claim certifications we don't hold. If a procurement scorecard
requires a hard certification we lack, we will say so on day one.

## 7. Sustainability

- Hosting selected with operator-published carbon data where available
  (Vercel & Hostinger both publish PUE / renewable mix).
- Travel minimised; remote-first delivery is the default.
- Annual sustainability statement on request.

## 8. References

Available from active clients on request, with their consent. We do not
list logos without written permission.

## 9. Single point of contact
