04 / Common questions
The short version
Is the sprint fee credited if I proceed?
Yes. The full £4,800 reduces the first invoice of the project we scope together. If you don't proceed, you keep the brief and proposal — they're yours.
What if you can't deliver a proposal?
Rare. If we genuinely can't scope it in five days — for example, you discover the problem is fundamentally different mid-sprint — we deliver what we have and refund the unused portion.
Who's the engineer?
One senior person, named upfront. Same person from kickoff to delivery, with the right vertical background for your project.
Can we run the sprint under NDA?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any work. For regulated industries we operate with segregated infrastructure and audit logging.
